Experience a “Sound Bath”. Immerse yourself in sound and vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls to support a deep state of relaxation A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful meditative experience that can be therapeutic or restorative for the body, mind and spirit. The sounds are intended to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves, bringing about balance, relaxation and wholeness. Balance can bring happiness, inner peace and healing on many levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
What to bring:- Thick Mat/blanket to lie on along with a pillow or two . .Also, bring a light throw if you tend to be cold-natured.
** Limited seating is available for those who find lying down a challenge.
There will be 3 sessions during the course of the afternoon – 1 pm, 3 pm and 5 pm. Select the one best suited for your time schedule.
