Immerse yourself in sound and vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls to support a deep state of relaxation A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful meditative experience that can be therapeutic or restorative for the body, mind and spirit. The sounds are intended to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves, bringing about balance, relaxation and wholeness. Balance can bring happiness, inner peace and healing on many levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
