Serenade for Adelaide (Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath)

“Serenade for Adelaide” is a fundraising event created to help Adelaide’s family with medical expenses associated with the treatment she is receiving for leukemia. The Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath facilitated by Ann James will be held at Erin Barrow’s Satya Rising Studio on Calder Street in Beaumont.
Immerse yourself in sound and vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls to support a deep state of relaxation. A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful meditative experience that can be therapeutic or restorative for the body, mind and spirit. The sounds are intended to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves, bringing about balance, relaxation and wholeness. Balance can bring happiness, inner peace and healing on many levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
What to bring:- Thick Mat/blanket to lie on along with a pillow or two . Also, bring a light throw if you tend to be cold-natured.
Plan to arrive by 6:15. No entry after 6:30.
