Join me in a 3-hour intensive workshop learning about chakras and how to utilize self-empowering techniques and methodology to assess, balance and align your chakras. We will address the use of stones/crystals, essential oils, herbs, color, meditation and sound to support your chakras.
Experiences in this workshop include:
– the use of a pendulum to assess the status of chakras
– easy methods of aligning/balancing your chakras
– a Sound Bath with chakra tuned crystal bowls.

You will receive a mini-chakra bowl (7 chakra stones in a selenite bowl), a pendulum to use in assessment, and a concise reference booklet.
Please bring a mat, a pillow or two, a blanket/throw and possibly an eye mask/covering (fabric) for the meditations and Sound Bath.
If lying down is an issue, there will be chairs for you to sit in.
