Experience a “Sound Bath” with Gongs, Chimes, Ocean and Thunder Drums, and Tibetan Singing Bowls.
The deep, powerful and mysterious sounds can help in removing blockages, move stagnate energy and clear out old emotional issues and trauma. The frequencies also stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, bringing about balance, relaxation and wholeness. Healing can take place on many levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

What to bring: – Thick Mat/blanket to lie on along with a pillow or two and something to cover your eyes (eye mask, cloth). Also, bring a light throw if you tend to be cold-natured.
