Experience a Gong Bath!!!
The deep, powerful and mysterious sounds can help in removing blockages, move stagnate energy and clear out old emotional issues and trauma. The frequencies also stimulate alpha and theta brain waves, bringing about balance, relaxation and wholeness. Healing can take place on many levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
What to bring: – A pillow or two and a light throw if you tend to be cold-natured. Mats are provided.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session. Doors are locked at start time and no admittance thereafter.
