Immerse yourself in sound and vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls to support a deep state of relaxation. A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful meditative experience that can be therapeutic or restorative for the body, mind and spirit. The sounds are intended to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves, bringing about balance, relaxation and wholeness. Balance can bring happiness, inner peace and healing on many levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

There are payment links below. One for each session (2 pm or 4 pm). Each session is 1 hr. Choose the session that works with your schedule OR you can choose to attend both sessions if you would like. You would need to sign up for each session individually.

Space is limited so you must pre-pay in advance to secure your spot.
What to bring: – Thick Mat/blanket to lie on along with a pillow or two. Also, bring a light throw if you tend to be cold-natured.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session. Doors are locked at start time and no admittance thereafter.
