Join us at Satya Rising Studio for a deeply relaxing afternoon of PURE SOUND
on Sunday, March 3rd.
Ann James, VSTCP, will be facilitating a Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls.
We will Immerse ourselves in Sound and Vibrations of “Pure Soul”.
A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful meditative experience that can be therapeutic or restorative for our body, mind and spirit. The sounds are intended to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves, supporting balance, relaxation and wholeness. Balance is joy, inner ease and thrive on many levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and emotionally
Come and enjoy an amazing sound experience with Crystal singing bowls and a Crystal singing pyramid.
Ann James will also speak about sound & the sound tools she uses in her life for herself & with others.
Everyone will have time to experience the crystal singing pyramid before or after the sound bath.
Bring a yoga mat/blanket/small pillow etc (whatever comforts you as you lay down)
We do have bolsters, blankets & mats here in our studio for use too.
We also have seating available (if required).
